Assistant Product Manager - WhatsApp Banking and Communication Channel

Eligibility:

 

Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university

 

Experience:

 

Fresh to one year of working experience

 

Job Responsibility:

 

·        Work with stakeholders to define the product strategy, including the target market, key features, and goals for the product

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure that the product is developed according to specifications and is delivered on time

·        Develop a launch plan for the WhatsApp banking product and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure that the product is successfully introduced to the market

·        Track key metrics related to the product, such as usage, adoption rates, and customer feedback, and use this information to identify areas for improvement

·        Oversee the ongoing development and improvement of the WhatsApp banking product, working with cross-functional teams to identify new features and functionality that will improve the product's performance and meet the needs of the target market

·        Ensure that the product is compliant with relevant regulations, such as data privacy laws and financial regulations
